amazing…copying Mastercraft again. Definitely gives me more respect that Correct Craft, Supra, and Malibu do their own things well without having to copy! Got to give props out to Mastercraft for engineering something so good that now at least Tige and MB Sports have to copy.

While I (heart) mastercraft boats, I have to question if they really developed the pickle fork. I think Cobalt made the first one in the late 90s - but I’m not sure — its obviously a variation of a tri hull…

Either way, it’s a good looking boat in my opinion.

tige has once again perfected the art of boat making. the mastercraft picklefork was notorious for being easy to dip the bow. tige has redisigned this great idea and made it their own. this is nont a copy, but a variation of a great idea so you can go cry to someone else phillip.

    Caleb-

You must be a real die hard Tige fanatic to make such a statement and throw in that cry baby jab. Are you 12? This has nothing to do with dipping the bow at times, it has everything to do with style! Mastercraft took a pickle fork design (which was used in the past for recreational boating,) and adapted it to wakeboarding. Now others are taking that design and making it their own but coinsidentally similar Mastercraft’s. I hope you are not so close minded where you actually think Tige is perfecting the boat market as you state. They put a trim tab on a traditional hull so excuse me if I do not think that is perfecting the boat market?? Also, these are spy pics you weirdo and how would you actually know anything unless you drove/rode behind it?
I am not here to throw little statements at you like you seem to like to do but go to school and get a education before making more stupid comments!

Now boys, you need to stop the jabbing. I have seen the new RZ2 boat in person and we have one of the first 4 made here in canyon lake california. I will tell you this, I own a 04 mastercraft x-10 so that makes me impartial to tige, I have driven and boarded behind the x-star the fit and finish screams mastercraft( well built-good looking-and performs). The new RZ2 is not a copy of the X-Star the idea of the pickle fork was rendered by one of the tige dealership owners nearly 3 years ago before the X-Star came out. Believe me I wish it wasnt true but it is. Tige took all of the problem areas of the X-Star and improved on it 110 %, this is an absolutely beautiful boat and looks nothing like the star inside or outside, the concept is the same just like any other offshore boat builders but its how it performs that counts and this boat performs !!!! the wake is perfect, inside is perfect, one of the nicest I have seen yet, and I have been in every boat made to date and the RZ2 is 10.5 across the board. Phillip its not just a plate its called taps, and it works very well for every type of boarder from advanced to beginner having the capability to adjust your wake from small to large in just a few seconds on the fly is priceless, I have 3 boys and they all would like me to adjust the wake like there uncles boat but I cant. Furthermore the RZ2 is all about attention to detail, so put the 2 together and compare for 15,000 dollars cheaper i will buy the RZ2 it looks better, performs better, has more room, and the ride is second to none.Phillip take a look at one the next time you want to buy a boat and i think even you would come to your senses. Anyone want to buy a slightly used Mastercraft x10. Phillip I will give YOU a smokin deal buddy. lol lol

Oh, and by the way have you seen the new malibu pickle fork,or the mb boats tom cat? every boat manufacturer is looking to build a pickle fork and you can only have -2 variations to a pickle fork yes it was used years ago for recreational boating becouse it looked cool. Thank you to all the boat manufacturers for trying to make better boats. Thanks guys keep up all the dreaming.
